*In the event of inactivity; at 1 year, client card will be disposed of if there are no remaining tans. If there are remaining tans, an attempt of contact with client will occur. At 2 years of inactivity, client card will be disposed of regardless if there are remaining tans or not. Any remaining tans will be donated to other active members.
