Cancellation- Cancellation of appointment is required 48 hours in advance. Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount. This policy also includes if any changes to the scheduled service is made within 48 hours of appointment or at time of appointment. If 3 late cancellations/reschedules are accrued, a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the scheduled service amount will be required to schedule any future appointments.

No Show- Each client will be given a grace time of 15 minutes from their scheduled appointment tent time, before being considered a No Show. In the event of a No Show, a few of 100% of the scheduled service amount will be charged. If 3 No Shows are accrued, a 100% nonrefundable deposit of the scheduled service amount will be required to schedule any future appointments OR client will no longer be accepted to schedule any future appointments.

Booking- Booking of appointments may be done directly through the stylist, salon, or online. When booking a weekend appointment, a 50% nonrefundable deposit of the scheduled service amount is required.
